How does verification work?
We manually verify every recruiter before they can post a live role. The process confirms your identity, company, and that you are a legitimate hiring professional. It typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
How does recruiter pricing work?
Recruiters pay a flat monthly subscription to create and publish listings on Koali. Once the subscription is active, placements are tracked for reporting only. No success fees, no per-hire billing.
What are the SLA requirements?
You commit to responding to every application within 10 business days. Our system tracks every deadline automatically and surfaces at-risk applications in your dashboard before they become an issue.
Can I set my own application cap?
Yes. You set the cap when creating or editing a listing. Once it is reached, the listing closes automatically. We recommend keeping it tight: smaller pools tend to produce higher-quality hires.
