Recruiters pay a flat monthly subscription to create and publish listings on Koali. Once the subscription is active, placements are tracked for reporting only. No success fees, no per-hire billing.
What are the SLA requirements?

Can I set my own application cap?
Yes. You set the cap when creating or editing a listing. Once it is reached, the listing closes automatically. We recommend keeping it tight: smaller pools tend to produce higher-quality hires.
